Faith and Belief are synonymous.  For some, faith is a difficult concept to grasp and thinking of it as belief may be easier.  Regardless, it could help to say that both are necessary.  Why?  Because when we truly believe in God and that Jesus is His Son, that belief becomes so solid that it forms a permanent and unspoken conclusion within our hearts, and that conclusion is Simple Faith.

Statistically speaking, it is true that Simple Faith in God and Jesus is being eroded by our culture.  Those who believe in God, especially Christians, are mocked, ridiculed, despised, assaulted, and even sued and financially ruined for their convictions.  This steady pressure for us to conform to godless societal standards can cause many to doubt their convictions and lose their Simple Faith.  But we must remember that ours is not the first generation in which God’s people have faced cultural persecution.  It has happened for thousands of years and in hundreds of locations around the globe.  For those who have it and strive to hold onto it, Simple Faith keeps Christians moving forward and looking upward in pleasing service to God.  How strong is your Simple Faith?  Would you like it to be stronger?
